Kick‑off Ceremony for the 2026 Quality‑Month Campaign

Quality forms the foundation of an enterprise’s survival and growth, and serves as the bedrock for winning customer trust. To further strengthen quality awareness among all employees and enforce quality responsibilities across every position, Xi’an Chinastar M&C Ltd recently held the kick‑off ceremony for its 2026 Quality‑Month campaign, officially launching a full series of quality‑themed activities for this year.

At the meeting, company management delivered mobilization speeches and arranged campaign arrangements. The theme for this year’s Quality Month was defined as Win Customers with Premium‑quality Service. All staff are required to firmly embrace the philosophy that “everyone is responsible for quality”. Employees should look beyond their individual job duties, evaluate every task and every product from the customer’s perspective, focus on real customer demands, dig deep into pain points within existing workflows, and embed quality requirements across the full value chain including R&D, manufacturing, testing, sales and after‑sales support.

Quality is never the sole responsibility of the quality‑inspection department. R&D designs, manufacturing processes, purchased materials, sales communications and after‑sales responses — work from every single position directly shapes the final quality of products and services.

This Quality‑Month campaign avoids superficial formalities and prioritizes practical improvement. Each department will identify one targeted improvement project aligned with customer needs, focusing on product performance, delivery efficiency and customer service, and develop actionable, measurable implementation plans.

Key Work Plan for the Quality‑Month Campaign

  1. Plan Formulation Phase: Each department sorts out business‑related pain points, defines special improvement projects and completes plan documentation.

  2. Implementation & Promotion Phase: Roll out improvement initiatives, keep process‑related records, and track project progress on a regular basis.

  3. Effect Evaluation Phase: Compare performance before and after improvements, collect customer feedback, and compile documents for project acceptance.

  4. Review & Recognition Phase: Host the Quality‑Month closing summit, assess project outcomes, and grant recognition and rewards for outstanding projects.

Unite All Staff ‑ Win Customers with Premium‑quality Service

Front‑line workshop employees simultaneously participated in quality‑awareness training. Staff members stated that they will perform their duties conscientiously, strictly control manufacturing procedures, embed quality awareness into every production step, avoid minor mistakes, and guarantee product quality from the source.

Quality building calls for persistent efforts. Quality Month is not a short‑lived campaign, but a comprehensive refresh of quality mindsets for all personnel. All colleagues are expected to take this campaign as an opportunity to internalize quality thinking and put it into practice. With reliable product performance and thoughtful customer service, we will lay a solid foundation for the company’s high‑quality development.
