Before the 2026 Spring Festival, the GU27 pressure transmitter developed by Xi’an Chinastar M&C was evaluated by the Fifth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in accordance with relevant regulations, which issued the Evaluation Report on Electronic Component List. The evaluation concluded that the GU27 pressure transmitter adopts all domestic electronic components with no imported ones, achieving 100% domestic sourcing for 44 components, and no problems of pseudo-domestication, hollow domestication or packaging-only domestication have been found so far.

The GU27 pressure transmitter is a high-precision, wide-temperature-range and high-burst-ratio “MCS inside” pressure transmitter developed by Chinastar M&C based on its original MCS pressure sensor chip and fully equipped with other domestic electronic components. It can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, navigation, high-speed rail, pressure measurement, semiconductor equipment, petrochemical engineering, refrigeration systems and other fields.

The MCS pressure sensor has been granted 5 national invention patents and 7 utility model patents. It features a wide temperature range [operating temperature: -65℃~180℃], high precision [nonlinearity: (±0.5%, ±0.25%, ±0.1%, ±0.05%)F.S., hysteresis: (±0.05%, ±0.02%, ±0.01%)F.S., repeatability: (±0.05%, ±0.02%, ±0.01%)F.S.], high stability and reliability [long-term stability: ≤±0.1%F.S./Y, ≤±0.05%F.S./Y], low temperature drift and low time drift [thermal zero drift (after compensation): 0.0025%F.S./℃, thermal full-scale drift (after compensation): 0.0025%F.S./℃], and high burst pressure [burst pressure: ≥3…20X].
