On October 16th, the Sensitive Components and Sensors Branch of China Electronic Components Association successfully held the 2025 Sensor Industry Development Conference in Baoying County, Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Gu Rongxiang, General Manager of Xi'an Chinastar M&C Co., Ltd., attended the conference and gave a keynote speech titled "The Road to Localization of China's Industrial Pressure Sensors".

      In his speech, General Manager Gu reviewed the development history of global industrial pressure sensors and the evolution of China's industrial pressure sensors since the 1970s. Meanwhile, he introduced the original MCS industrial pressure sensor independently developed by Xi'an Chinastar M&C Co., Ltd. This sensor features homegrown original technology, is made of 100% domestically produced materials, achieves high precision of 0.02%, and operates in a wide temperature range from -80℃ to +180℃. It eliminates the oil-filling process, thus avoiding the risk of oil leakage.The GU series pressure transmitters with built-in MCS pressure sensors are fully manufactured in China.
