In the afternoon of May 21st, a special investigation team composed of more than 10 units, including the Municipal Market Regulation Bureau (Intellectual Property Office), Municipal Intellectual Property Protection Center, Municipal Intellectual Property Transfer and Transformation Center, Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, Qin Chuangyuan Procuratorial Protection Center, Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Xi'an Arbitration Commission, Municipal Notary Office, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Northwest University, visited Chinastar M&C for on-site investigation and exchange. The purpose of this intellectual property special investigation team's field visit was to survey the quantity, quality, and industry distribution of the enterprise's intellectual property, as well as the application and protection of intellectual property; identify the difficulties and pain points in the enterprise's intellectual property work; and collect the enterprise's improvement suggestions on intellectual property policies, services, training, and innovation achievement transformation.       General Manager Gu of Chinastar M&C Introduces the Enterprise Overview to the Investigation Team

      Gu Rongxiang, General Manager of Chinastar M&C, introduced the development history, corporate culture, main products, solutions, and development prospects of Chinastar M&C to the visiting leaders. In particular, regarding technological innovation, the General Manager emphasized Chinastar M&C's long-term emphasis on R&D investment and a series of breakthrough achievements made, which are inseparable from the meticulous protection and rational application of intellectual property and have become a strong engine for the enterprise's continuous advancement.

Director Zhang of Chinastar M&C Reports on Intellectual Property Work to the Investigation Team

      Zhang Wangni, Director of Chinastar M&C's Resource Center, delivered a systematic report on intellectual property work, covering four dimensions: management system, application practice, practical challenges, and policy recommendations. Through detailed data and cases, she highlighted the enterprise's "R&D-Application-Maintenance-Operation" full-lifecycle management mechanism and patent layout achievements in five core technical fields, including high-end industrial pressure sensors, inertial navigation, and IoT algorithms. She also explained the practical application of patented technologies in product development and solutions under the dual-drive model of innovative R&D and achievement transformation, and objectively analyzed practical pain points in patent rights protection, such as difficult evidence collection and long cycles. Based on practical needs, Director Zhang put forward six actionable suggestions, including establishing an AI intellectual property early-warning system and optimizing cross-departmental collaborative protection mechanisms, emphasizing that effective improvement in the efficiency of intellectual property creation, application, and protection can be achieved through data interconnection and resource integration between the government and enterprises.

      After listening to the report, both sides held in-depth discussions on intellectual property-related issues. The special investigation team on intellectual property affirmed our company's achievements in intellectual property work and shared the latest policy trends and development dynamics in the intellectual property field, providing guidance for Chinastar M&C's future related work. 

                After the meeting, General Manager Gu led the team to visit Chinastar M&C's exhibition hall and introduced our company's main products, including pressure sensors, pressure transmitters, inertial sensors, wireless sensors, the "Filial Piety First" elderly smart care machine, and smart city solutions (smart manhole covers, urban waterlogging monitoring systems, smart sanitation, smart fire protection, etc.).
