      Due to some personal reasons, have not decided whether to travel today? It wasn't decided until last night. According to personal observation, the sensor industry in Hebei Province, of course, including Shijiazhuang City, has little influence in the country. Is their heat pump industry strong? Don't know?

       In today's world, today's China, sensor technology and industry are increasingly hot and important under the impact of new industries such as artificial intelligence, IOT, drones, connected cars, and then expanding to the digital economy.

      Of course, as Chinese sensor people, we can neither overestimate China's sensor technology and industry, nor look down on China's sensor technology and industry. Because we are not comparing a developed country, but the whole Western developed countries. We have to compare the semiconductor form of sensors with the United States, but also with the traditional form of sensors with Europe; It is necessary to compare image sensors with Japan and millimeter wave sensors with the United States. Pressure sensors in the process area were compared with Yokogawa in Japan and Emerson in the United States, and non-process pressure sensors were compared with Te in Switzerland and Sensata in the United States. Why do we do this? We're so hard!

       This performance requirement is still high on a global scale, and it can be said that it is high-end. In the circle of friends of Gu Ge and more than a dozen professional pressure sensor groups, after sending twice, the response is very small, but there is a response. In reality, there are very few Chinese manufacturers that can achieve such performance, not only the technical performance can be achieved, but more importantly, the product quality is stable and the supply can be guaranteed, which puts forward higher requirements for the management ability and quality control of manufacturers. Because what customers need is not just to provide samples, but to be a stable and reliable supplier.  

      China has such a supplier, we should be able to produce such high-performance core Chinese companies praise!

         Looking at the second example, MEMS acceleration sensors are the main devices of high-end inertial navigation systems, mid - and low-end inclination sensors and vibration sensors. It is also a basic sensor that is widely used in the future, and has been very popular in China in recent years. New companies are constantly being created to make mems sensors. In order to replace a three-axis acceleration sensor abroad, I have sent it n times in the circle of friends and professional groups of Gu Ge.

       In the same way, as an enterprise, we should look for a manufacturer that can match performance, stable quality and reliable supply. Although it is the Internet era, in fact, to really find the right product or supplier, it is not an easy thing. The performance of such acceleration sensors is not very high, but it is important to have a certain level of manufacturing and supply capacity. After the message was sent, it received a lot of feedback, even after half a month, there was still information feedback last night. To summarize, there are the following categories:


First, universities and scientific research institutions think that this performance is not high, can be done, there is technology, but we dare not use it.

Second, the newly created technology companies, also think that the performance is not high, can provide samples, but it can be provided after a year, and this naturally has to pass.

Third, the larger mems manufacturers, mainly do consumer level. The performance is too low to use.

Fourth, military products I mems manufacturers, higher performance. The price of the chip has exceeded the price of the sensor as a whole, and of course it cannot be used.


       Fortunately, we eventually found a suitable manufacturer, but there were few options.

       According to my own understanding, in the land of China, the production of various pressure sensor manufacturers, regardless of size, there are about nearly 800. There are about thirty manufacturers that produce mems acceleration sensors.

       It is hoped that more pressure sensor manufacturers can develop high-end pressure sensors, improve the quality and performance stability of products, and stop the price war in the internal volume to meet the various needs of the Chinese market and foreign exports.

       

       It is hoped that more MEMS acceleration sensor manufacturers can analyze their comprehensive capabilities, analyze the market, and find the right market. In the consumer, low-end, mid-end, mid-high-end and high-end to find their own positioning to fill the vast market in China.
