    I flew from Xi'an to Shanghai by China Eastern Airlines yesterday morning (11:00). Now I am sitting in the waiting room of China Eastern Airlines of Hongqiao Airport at 19:00. In the past more than 30 hours, I have shared with you what I have experienced, what I have thought and what I think.
    Yesterday, before boarding the plane at Xi'an Airport, I had a telephone communication with the professor of Tianjin University and Academician Yao of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for about half an hour. After landing at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, I chatted with a fund mogul at the airport hotel about the idea of China's sensor industry and industrial promotion. In the evening, I had dinner with senior executives from S Company, one of the top 100 international companies.
    This morning, I drove to Songjiang to visit the high-end sensor materials company; at noon, I took the high-speed rail from Hongqiao Station to Suzhou, and in the afternoon, I called on the northern agent of S Company, another famous international sensor company; then, I took the high-speed rail back to Hongqiao Airport.

       其一 ,中国高端传感器严重受制于国外,除了我们的技术相对落后,起点较低以外,我认为其中还有一个主要的原因:中国人都急于成大名,急于发大财。高端传感器技术难度高,花费的时间长,需求数量少,发快钱💰难,赚大钱更不容易,同时,又能从发达国家买到,谁愿意做这些费力不讨好的事情。

      现在科技战,已在已经打响或者处于萌芽阶段,中国的科技界,投资界,企业界一定要静下心来,放弃赚快钱的思想,精雕细琢技术和工艺,我们高端传感器才能够真正突破。国家真正的强盛,在某种程度上一定要科技强,中国人民生活水平的提高 也一定要建立在科技领先的前提下。

      With the end of the epidemic, international customers have come. The day before yesterday in Xi'an, our company received the first batch of customers from Europe after the epidemic.
This was illustrated by the fact that we had dinner with senior customer officials from major international companies last night. Foreign customers are here, and it's time for us to go out. But when we really go out, what do we take to win customers? this is a question that our sensor industry should consider, especially after the epidemic, the international situation has changed.

      Third, in the first four months of this year, the domestic economic situation is not optimistic, and so is the sensor industry. The epidemic is open and people are eager for rapid economic growth, especially in the sensor industry. But the reality is that it is not changing so fast that it will get worse in the first quarter than it was last year. Many of the sensor companies we have learned recently are growing slowly compared with last year.
    From January to April, there are more business trips, more air tickets and hotels, more exhibitions, more marketing expenses, higher frequency of advertisements, more meals, more hospitality and more welcome. But the performance did not increase significantly with it.

    This year, the economic situation is not good, customer demand is reduced, "volume" is inevitable. The inner volume is not only reflected in the reduction of the unit price of the sensor, the original minimum order of a large international company may be 10k, but now it has also reduced the minimum order from 10k to k, which poses a greater challenge to the domestic sensor enterprises. Even academicians believe that the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of sensor technology is difficult, and there are too many internal factors. How to really turn sensor research with high-tech content into engineering and realize industrialization and commercialization? there is a long way to go, and there are a lot of difficulties to overcome, especially in China.
    Society calls on real scientists to do solid research, not for the paper and fame; real industrialists have technical feelings in their hearts and have enough RMB in their pockets; real high-end customers are willing to lose money on trial and error and take time to study; real government support is steadfast, not superficial. I believe that we will certainly raise the banner of China's high-end sensors in many fields, not only to solve the problem of import substitution, but also to promote high-end products to developed countries, even to unfriendly countries.
