On the morning of August 6, Xi'an Chinastar M&C Ltd  invited Dr. Lu Bainian, a famous expert Professor, to give a special lecture on innovative design thinking. On behalf of the company, general manager Gu Rongxiang extended a warm welcome to Dr. Lu Bainian.

        Lu Bainian, a doctor and professor of Applied Mathematics, an expert with special contributions and enjoying government subsidies, is currently the general consultant of the Institute of innovative design thinking (China), a consultant of Tsinghua University and Peking University, a distinguished professor of the National School of administration, a distinguished professor of innovation engineering practice of Peking University, and a distinguished expert of the design thinking innovation center of Communication University of China, The first Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Management Award in 2008.

        Middle and senior leaders of the company attended the lecture. In the lecture, Dr. Lu focused on what is innovative thinking, how to innovate and the six elements of innovative thinking, and explained the importance of innovative thinking to enterprises in combination with years of experience and practical cases. During the more than two-hour lecture, Dr. Lu explained in simple terms and interspersed with interaction, which benefited the participants a lot.
