Description

       SCS16 high temperature and high pressure series oil filled pressure core adopts high-precision and high stability SOI pressure chip as the sensitive structure. Through high-temperature silicone oil filling process and precision compensation process, the pressure measurement of 0 ~ 30MPa ~ 60MPa ~ 150MPa at high temperature can be realized.

        The SCS16 series of oil-filled pressure sensor cores can be mounted into pressure connections with standard and specific threads to produce pressure sensors with various structures, and with standard signal processing circuits, the pressure signals can be converted into a variety of industrial standard electrical signal outputs, which are suitable for the assembly and production of various different pressure measurement products.
